Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of Grade 10.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional standards of cleanliness.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Cleaning Duties: Execute daily cleaning tasks according to standard specifications and supervisor instructions.
  • Deep Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas as required.
  • Cost Control: Implement procedures to use cleaning supplies and time efficiently, minimizing wastage.
  • Supply Management: Ensure a constant supply of consumable items to avoid work disruption and maintain cleaning equipment in proper working order.
  • Waste Management: Adhere to established waste management procedures.
  • Event Preparation: Set up venues for graduation ceremonies, departmental meetings, examinations, and class tests.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Identify and address safety hazards and workplace injuries promptly. Handle lost property inquiries for staff, students, and visitors.

Employment Details:

  • Annual Salary: R156,300 to R183,882 (inclusive of benefits).
