Job Description
The available position is centered around attending to customers’ fuel and lubricant needs. As a fuel attendant, your primary role will be to ensure that each customer receives the correct type of fuel for their vehicle. This requires attention to detail and a customer-centric approach. Beyond fuel provision, there are various other key responsibilities involved in maintaining daily operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Balancing Fuel Sales: At the end of every shift, you will be required to balance fuel sales to ensure accuracy. This involves recording all transactions and comparing them with fuel dispensed.
- Problem Solving: Any discrepancies identified during the sales balancing process will need to be investigated and resolved promptly. Having the ability to quickly assess and fix issues is an important part of this role.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is critical. You will be required to interact with customers regularly, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously.
- Accuracy in Fuel Dispensing: One of your primary responsibilities is to ensure that the customer receives the correct fuel as requested. Accuracy and attention to detail are non-negotiable in this role.

Job Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF 4 Qualification: A basic qualification ensures that you have the foundational knowledge for the job.
- Code 14 Driver’s License with PDP: This will allow you to operate larger vehicles and handle the transport of goods when required.
