What Is the Programme About?
This is not a job opportunity but a comprehensive skills development programme that runs for seven weeks. Participants will receive a travel stipend of R571.00, with the first payment made at the end of week two. By participating, you agree to undergo employment and criminal checks conducted by Summit. Recruitment dates are subject to change, so make sure you stay updated to avoid missing out.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this programme, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Have never worked for the Shoprite Group.
- Have not previously participated in any programme with the Shoprite Group.
This programme is specifically for first-time participants, ensuring equal opportunities for all eligible youth.

Documents Required for Application

- Certified copy of your highest qualification (Grade 12 is required).
- SARS confirmation letter (register online if you do not have one).
